About the CompanyAgahe Pakistan is actively engaged in providing microfinance services to the marginalized communities for their income generation activities, enhancing their livelihood, creating impact at grass root level and bringing these communities into the financial mainstream. Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, NBFC Regulations, NBFC Rules, NBMFC Code, AML/CFT Regulations, Circulars/directives issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
  • Organize and facilitate board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and prepare minutes, resolutions, and other related documents.
  • Reproting and liaise with regulatory authorities, including SECP, FBR, and other relevant bodies.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance, legal, and regulatory matters.
  • Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and reports with SECP and other relevant bodies.
  • Maintain statutory records, including registers of shareholders, directors, and other corporate documents.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks, ensuring the company adapts accordingly.
  • Charge registrations, modifications/vacations in compliance with Co. Act, 2017
  • Drafting policies, annual report, contracts, and agreements as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Associate or Fellow member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (ICSP) or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA, LLB, or relevant master’s degree).
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Company Secretary, preferably in an NBFC or financial institution in Pakistan.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Companies Act, 2017, SECP regulations, NBFC Regulations 2008, Rules, 2003, NBMFC Code and other relevant laws.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance requirements.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in drafting legal and corporate documents.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
