- Demonstrate expertise in commercial, corporate, and business law.
- Provide legal advice in compliance with both Indian and international regulations.
- Mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Evaluate projects, partnerships, and transactions to ensure legal robustness.
- Keep up with the dynamic legal landscape on a national and global scale.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal counsel to management and stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Ensure all operations and transactions comply with corporate law.
- Lead and mentor junior legal professionals and support staff.
- Periodically update and revise company legal policies and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct in-depth legal research for mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate deals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- CS-qualified (Company Secretary pass)
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or BA.LLB) from a recognized university.
- Degree from a National Law School will be given high preference.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of corporate governance and compliance laws.
- Team player with leadership and collaboration skills
