Company Secretary

Fundviser Capital India Ltd is hiring full time Company Secretary for a Limited Company, listed on BSE.

Qualifications:

* Must be a qualified CS,Preference will be given to Law graduates.

Job Description :

* Should be able to handle all compliances of ROC, BSE, SEBI, prefential issue, rights issue, block sale/ purchase of shares, of the Principa; Coy and its subsidiaries, associate and sister companies.

*Handle board meetings and AGMs etc.

*Draft and whet all agreements related to the company/ies. Attend court work as and when needed.

*The candidate should have excellent drafting skills. Profile also involves decent Legal knowledge about business laws.

*Should be able to draft agreements /deeds etc.
