What We’re Looking For:
✔ Passed CS Executive (ICSI)
✔ Strong command over Companies Act
✔ Good understanding of SEBI Laws and FEMA laws
✔ Proficient in drafting, legal research, and excellent communication skills
✔ Well-equipped with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical approach
✔ Preference given to candidates who have cleared all Professional groups
