We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst
to join the HR team at a growing, global organization. This is the first dedicated compensation role across a group of companies and offers a unique opportunity to build, influence, and enhance compensation strategy in a high-impact, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research, job pricing, and compensation analysis to ensure pay structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring equity and internal alignment.

Own the bonus pool modeling process, partnering with Finance and senior leadership to ensure accuracy and alignment with business performance.

Build and maintain compensation market intelligence, including participation in salary surveys and benchmarking analysis.

Manage deferred compensation programs, ensuring accurate administration and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Serve as the primary compensation partner for offshore HR teams and senior stakeholders, including package modeling for relocations and secondments.

Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and improve process efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the Head of HR, Head of Total Rewards, and broader HR team on compensation initiatives and strategy.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.

Experience with market pricing, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.

Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently partner with senior leadership.
