We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimization of compensation processes within SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient compensation planning aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to salary planning, bonus plans, and incentive programs.
- Design and maintain compensation templates, eligibility rules, guidelines, and budgets.
- Support annual and off-cycle compensation reviews.
- Manage compensation workflows, approvals, and validation rules.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Employee Central and Compensation modules.
- Generate compensation reports and analytics for HR and leadership teams.
- Support integrations with Employee Central, Payroll, and other SAP modules.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and release updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong understanding of salary structures, merit cycles, and incentive plans.
- Experience working with Employee Central integration.
- Knowledge of compensation data models, business rules, and workflows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken) is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification.
- Experience with Variable Pay configuration.
- Exposure to global compensation programs and multi-country implementations.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (Stories, Ad Hoc, People Analytics).
