Compensation Analyst
for our client in
New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

Conduct compensation analysis to support internal pay decisions and ensure market competitiveness.

Perform salary benchmarking using market survey data and internal datasets.

Support year-end compensation planning, including analysis and preparation of planning materials.

Build and maintain Excel-based models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through careful review, validation, and reconciliation.

Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis related to compensation programs and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
-
Proven experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related analytical HR role.

Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas; ability to work with large datasets).

Strong data analysis capability and comfort translating data into clear insights.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under deadlines.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Preferred Experience:

Workday experience, particularly Workday testing.
