As İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport Investment Construction and Operation Inc., we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Chief to join our Human Resources team.


Our new team member in this position will lead the processes related to compensation, benefits management, and performance evaluation, contributing to the company's growth targets. In a dynamic work environment, you will have the opportunity to develop competitive compensation policies and projects that strengthen employee engagement!


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits systems.
  • Conduct market research and industry analysis to develop strategies for compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits systems based on job evaluation, grading structure, and market research, and structure system development processes.
  • Play an active role in job analysis and evaluation project work, taking on revision tasks for new roles and positions.
  • Ensure the establishment of standards and implementation rules for compensation and benefits in salary increases, promotions, and new hires.
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes in compliance with social security, tax regulations, and all relevant legal requirements.
  • Analyze data within HR analytics and prepare and present the necessary reports.
  • Play an active role in annual budget planning and cost control processes.
  • Manage internal training and information-sharing activities related to compensation and benefits.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Experienced in HR metrics and analytics.
  • Proficient in Korn Ferry job evaluation structures and compensation management methodologies.
  • Experienced in payroll and budget management processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking, data-driven, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
