Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking an Organizational Development Executive who can manage organizational development processes with a holistic approach in line with our company’s human resources strategies and contribute to the sustainable development of our corporate structure.
Job Description
• Design and implement organizational development projects aligned with the company's vision and strategic goals,
• Contributing to job analysis and job evaluation studies, establishing measurable metrics to enhance role clarity, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals,
• Ensure continuous improvement of organizational structure, processes, and roles to enhance corporate efficiency,
• Develop performance systems that reveal employee potential through competency-based frameworks,
• Plan, analyze, and design effective actions for employee engagement and satisfaction surveys to enhance employee experience,
• Lead change management and corporate transformation projects, establishing structures that involve employees in the process,
• Design organizational interaction platforms that support cross-functional collaboration and strengthen internal communication,
• Conduct data-driven analyses and reporting to provide insights in the field of organizational development,
• Foster a development culture that prioritizes continuous improvement and reveals high-potential talent.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development,
• Proficiency in English,
• Experience in strategic HR planning and change management projects,
• Preferably has worked in corporate environments or has consultancy experience in HR/organizational development,
• Able to contribute strategically to transformation processes with insights gained from various industries,
• Willingness to explore new technologies and methodologies,
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders,
• Familiarity with HR systems and analytical tools, with the ability to contribute to organizational efficiency initiatives.
