Job Purpose
- This position is responsible for formulating an automation and innovation in C&B. The growing influence of Automation of HR warrants a strategic approach to ensure that we deploy AI & Analytics within the C&B team managing 2lac+ workforce.
- The position must strategically drive the analytics using automation and using innovative and disruptive technologies.
- This needs high visibility to the emerging trends and technologies.
- This will help to better leverage employee cost & also collaborate with various functions within HR & Finance to drive synergy.
Job Responsibilities
Data check & consolidation
- To consolidate all employee cost related items BU, SBU, Coco, location etc wise.
- To analyze and create important data cuts & further drive actionable with the concerned departments.
- The role would involve high coordination with Finance, BIU, Operations, HR SBU//'s to arrange all relevant data cuts.
- Periodic checks to ensure data fidelity.
Preparation of analytics dashboards
- To prepare user friendly dashboards showing employee cost details for senior management.
- To draw action plan basis this information points & ensure end to end closure i.e to do complete project management around this
Work on Agentic AI
- To work in collaboration with Marketing analytics & design an Agentic AI Comp bot which can address queries around retention, Compa, correction.
To design comp journey dashboard employee wise
- To design & periodically update comp dashboard which shall entail comp journey of an employee along with their career milestones & job role details.
Internal processes and Coordination
- Understanding and analyzing talent acquisition offer & do TA offer analytics which shall be fed as an input to TA team to take better & informed decisions.
- Cost monitoring and maintenance for overall portfolio
- Coordination with various internal stakeholders to ensure service and data delivery to the internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Responsible for housekeeping in terms of periodic internal data checks & aid internal audit team for C&B related activities
Knowledge Building and Market Intelligence
- Remaining updated on market benchmarks & also conceptualize automation around TA hiring ready reckoner.
- Sharing of important information / updates with peers which may impact comp decisioning
- Ongoing interaction with Competition and being aware of market practices and competition offerings & benchmarks.
Key Skills
- Good knowledge on various C&B tools.
- Good cost and analytical skills are essential
- Should be adept in tools such as powerBI, coding , AI etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Should have a self-starter orientation and confident personality
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation: HR/AI/Analytics
- Candidate must possess MBA/analytics with 4+ years of relevant experience
