We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Intern to join our HR Team. The ideal candidate will support the C&B team in payroll processes, benefits administration, and data analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, learning agility, and a disciplined approach to work. The internship is designed to assess overall suitability for long-term placement within the C&B vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the C&B team in payroll processing, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
- Support data entry and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Maintain documentation related to employee compensation, benefits, and other HR records.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the C&B team as required.
- Follow internal SOPs and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office applications.
- Excellent communication and professional conduct.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes diligently.
- Willingness to work in the afternoon shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
