About the Position:
We are looking for a
Compensation & Benefits Specialist
to join our Human Resources team and lead strategic compensation processes while enhancing employee experience. This role combines operational and analytical capabilities to strengthen the effectiveness of the company’s compensation policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze industry and market compensation data to assess the company’s competitive positioning and ensure alignment with current market conditions,

Prepare annual salary increase plans based on performance and budget criteria; coordinate with relevant stakeholders and conduct pre- and post-implementation analyses,

Design and manage incentive/bonus schemes aligned with company goals and performance metrics; perform calculations and present reports to senior management,

Develop the annual compensation and benefits budget; monitor actuals and provide variance analyses and regular updates to management,

Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations; coordinate with accounting, finance, and external service providers,

Manage HR processes through HRIS systems; ensure data accuracy and usability for reporting and analysis,

Prepare salary proposals for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers; submit recommendations for senior management approval,

Utilize HR analytics tools to analyze employee data and provide data-driven insights in areas such as compensation, engagement, performance, and workforce planning,

Ensure job descriptions remain up-to-date; implement system updates based on evolving roles and organizational needs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in compensation and benefits,

Solid knowledge of payroll processes, social security practices, and labor law,

Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems,

Strong analytical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach,

Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
