Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Senior Specialist
who will shape the future of our growing organization, enhance employee experience, and act as a strategic partner to our business units.
General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll processes

Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law, Income Tax, and related legislation
-
Proficient in MS Office programs, especially experienced in Excel and Power BI
-
Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
-
Excellent communication skills and a team player

Experience with payroll systems (such as Logo, SAP HR, Mikro, etc.)

Good command of English
Job Description

Create and/or update the salary structure and pay bands

Conduct market benchmarking for compensation and benefits

Plan and execute annual salary increase and bonus processes

Design benefits packages (private health insurance, pension plans, meal/transportation benefits, etc.)

Ensure pay positioning and internal equity for recruitment offers

Monitor personnel costs, plan budgets and labor expenses, and report monthly actuals

Perform HR analytics to analyze pay distribution, ensure internal equity/compliance, and monitor variances
-
Write and update policies, procedures, and guidelines

Design approval process automations for compensation and benefits workflows and actively contribute to digitalization projects

Ensure documentation and record accuracy for audits and internal controls

Ensure coordination and data accuracy during payroll and timekeeping processes
