Job Title: Compensation Programs Manager (Hybrid)
Location: NJ

About the Role
We’re seeking a Compensation Programs Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining competitive pay structures and incentive programs. This individual contributor position is ideal for a seasoned compensation professional who thrives on building processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting strategies that attract and retain top talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee annual merit and bonus program; planning, system setup, communications, manager training, and reporting.
  • Partner with HRIS to ensure tools and systems are configured for accurate and efficient compensation processing.
  • Manage mobility initiatives, including relocation and international assignments.
  • Support the design and execution of incentive plans (short- and long-term), including performance metrics, eligibility, and governance.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure incentive programs align with organizational and financial objectives.
  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to HR business partners and leaders on compensation practices and policies.
  • Ensure programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop training materials and communications that promote understanding of compensation programs across the business.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CCP certification strongly preferred.
  • 5+years of hands-on compensation leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High proficiency with Excel and HRIS and Compensation databases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in global organizations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
