As a forward-thinking physical therapy organization, we are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to enhance and streamline our internal communications. This role is crucial for maintaining and enriching our internal communication programs. The ideal candidate will serve as an essential link among various departments and project teams, ensuring transparency, consistency, and accuracy in information dissemination.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies in line with organizational goals and culture.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure uniform and coherent messaging across all internal communication channels.
• Address communication-related issues and crises promptly, developing quick and effective resolutions to maintain organizational integrity.
• Collect and analyze feedback on internal communication effectiveness, implementing necessary adjustments to improve strategies and tactics.
• Create engaging, clear, and concise content for internal communication mediums such as emails, newsletters, bulletins, and presentations.
• Organize and manage internal events, meetings, and team-building activities, promoting a collaborative and positive organizational culture.
• Manage and update the company intranet regularly with crucial announcements, relevant resources, and engaging content to foster a community spirit and ensure clear communication across all departments.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within a healthcare or corporate environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, focusing on clarity, conciseness, and engagement.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, adept at coordinating across various teams and projects.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and content management systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Creative and proactive problem-solving skills.
