Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager with a strong legal foundation to oversee our contractual and regulatory obligations across the GCC and globally. This role is ideal for someone with a legal and/or contract management background who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE (internationally if required).
• Review, draft, and maintain legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, service agreements, and contracts.
• Ensure proper execution and storage of contracts and legal documentation across departments.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed to ensure legal alignment.
• Develop and implement compliance checklists and workflows for project teams.
• Conduct periodic audits of legal documentation and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract handling and compliance best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving energy regulations, commercial laws, and environmental standards in both countries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, contract management, or legal operations.
• Familiarity with commercial law, energy regulations, and cross-border legal frameworks in the GCC.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multicultural teams.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
