Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager will head the firm’s virtual CFO initiatives, ensuring smooth financial operations across client engagements. This role includes oversight of accounting retainerships, GST compliance management, audits, and the preparation of MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in taxation, financial reporting, and statutory audit procedures, along with the ability to design and maintain efficient compliance frameworks for diverse businesses. The position requires leadership skills to coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure client financial systems operate seamlessly within regulatory norms.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead virtual CFO services and manage ongoing accounting retainership engagements.
• Oversee statutory, tax, and GST compliance filings and regulatory reporting.
• Supervise audit processes and ensure timely completion of financial statements.
• Design and review MIS reporting systems for actionable insights to management.
• Coordinate with client leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Maintain adherence to company and statutory standards while improving process efficiency.​

Expected qualifications and skills :

CA articleship completed candidates (Semi qualified or partly qualified)/ Accounts/tax/finance graduates or postgraduates with 3 years relevant exposure and experience in the segment.

High level technical expertise in accounting packages, spreadsheets and MS office packages expected.

Payouts will include incentives based on work volume month on month.
