Role summary:
The Compliance Manager designs, implements, and monitors Infant Sales Department's compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. The role partners with Legal, HR, Finance and any other related departments required and business leaders to reduce compliance risk through controls, training, monitoring, and investigations.
Key responsibilities:
• Build and maintain compliance (policies, procedures, controls, and governance) through out company business daily tasks.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business
guidance.
• Conduct compliance assessments & gap analysis.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness campaigns.
• Review and approve high-risk activities (e.g., third-party onboarding, gifts/entertainment, conflicts of interest) where applicable.
• Perform compliance monitoring, testing, investigations and internal audits.
• Manage reporting, documentation, and evidence for audits & exams; maintain compliance records.
• Investigate potential violations and coordinate corrective actions; support disciplinary processes as required.
• Oversee and monitor ongoing business communications with (vendors, distributors, agents).
• Prepare compliance metrics and reports for senior management.
• Lead or support incident response and regulatory inquiries, coordinating with Legal when needed.
• Promote a culture of ethics and integrity & advise on policy interpretation and exceptions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Vet is required.
• 8+ years in compliance, risk, audit, legal, or regulatory roles (Pharmaceutical industry preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., anti-bribery/anti-corruption, data privacy, healthcare/medical compliance).
• Experience conducting risk assessments, controls testing, investigations, and training.
• Ability to draft clear policies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
