Compliance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Manager to ensure the organization operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is responsible for developing compliance programs, mitigating risk, and promoting a strong culture of ethics and integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s compliance framework and policies
• Monitor and ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Manage regulatory reporting and documentation requirements
• Investigate compliance issues, incidents, and breaches
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
• Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High level of integrity and professionalism

Pay: QAR36,000.00 per month
