Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Senior Compliance Officer to join our Doha team. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices while supporting a strong culture of compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Develop, review, and update compliance frameworks and procedures
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend corrective actions
• Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
• Investigate compliance breaches and prepare detailed reports
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance standards
• Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and operational teams to strengthen governance

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification (CAMS, CRCM, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and ethical standards
