Compliance Manager - Retail

Location - Dubai

Industry experience - Retail Must . preferable from Gold and Jewellery

Regional experience must.

Experience -8+ years in compliance Risk /Regulatory role

- Must have multi juridical exposure as the position will be globally responsible for outlets.

- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT/PF, data protection laws, and global compliance standards

- Experience with CDD/EDD

- suspicious activity monitoring, and third-party/vendor due diligence

- Skilled in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and maintaining compliance registers

- Proficient in regulatory reporting, audit documentation

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail

1. Regulatory Compliance Management

• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements across all regions of operation.

• Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and update internal compliance policies and procedures accordingly.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage internal and external audits, inspections, and inquiries.

• Oversee the implementation of customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), and ongoing monitoring processes.
