Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Job Purpose:
The PRO is responsible for handling all government-related processes, including company registration, visa processing, license renewals, labor and immigration documentation, and other legal formalities required for business compliance, preparing and submitting official applications, letters, and forms through various government portals including immigration, labor, municipality, and free zone authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Immigration, Ministry of Labor, DED, RAKEZ, etc.) to process all company and employee-related documents.
- Handle new company formation, license renewals, and amendments in Freezone or Mainland.
- Submit and collect official documents from government departments, ministries, and other authorities.
- Apply for and renew visas, Emirates IDs, labor cards, and health cards for employees.
- Handle documentation related to trade licenses, labor contracts, and tenancy agreements.
- Ensure all documents are submitted and processed within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions, files, and documents.
- Monitor expiration dates of documents (e.g., visas, licenses) and initiate timely renewals.
- Keep up to date with any changes in government rules and regulations.
- Prepare and type official documents such as visa applications, labor contracts, license renewals, and NOCs.
- Use online government systems (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE, RAKEZ Portal, ICA, etc.) for submissions and tracking.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Print and assemble necessary documentation for submissions.
- Maintain and update client records with the latest document status and submission history.
- Communicate with clients regarding document requirements and missing information.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures during typing and submissions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, portals, and documentation.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Minimum 1 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
- Proficient in using government portals and systems in the UAE.
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills in English and Arabic (a plus).
- Familiarity with free zone and mainland document processes.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- 1years of experience in a typing center or PRO support role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
