Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Business Setup Specialist

Looking for a seasoned PRO executive with in-depth expertise in setting up businesses in the UAE? Join our dynamic team in Dubai, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business operations for our clients by navigating local government regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all processes related to business setup, licensing, and renewals in Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore jurisdictions in the UAE.
• Liaise with government authorities, including DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Free Zone authorities, and others, for timely approvals and documentation.
• Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for employees and partners.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and company regulations.
• Prepare and process legal documents, attestations, and approvals as required.
• Provide guidance on UAE compliance standards for new and existing businesses.
• Resolve PRO-related issues efficiently while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, with a strong focus on business setup services.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE government portals and processes (DED, MOHRE, Free Zones, GDRFA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with legal frameworks, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
