Compliance Manager - TDS/GST
Job Title - Compliance Manager

Statutory Compliances
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing TDS deductions, filings, and timely deposit of dues.
- Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- Reconciling TDS/GST data with accounting records.
- Liaising with internal teams and external consultants and tax authorities for compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and staying updated on tax laws.
- Assisting in audits and resolving tax-related discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in TDS & GST compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/, and GST portals.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Should have good command on English. Spoken knowledge for Kannada & Hindi.
