Job Purpose:
To implement, monitor, and maintain ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) across the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, environmental, and safety management systems. The ISO Coordinator will serve as the liaison between departments and certification bodies, driving continuous improvement and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:1. ISO Implementation & Maintenance:
- Implement and maintain ISO management systems:
- ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety)
- Ensure all documentation, procedures, and records comply with relevant ISO standards and company policies.
2. Documentation Control:
- Create, review, and update Quality Manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Charts, and other ISO documents.
- Maintain control of documented information per ISO guidelines (version control, document register, etc.).
- Coordinate Document Change Management processes.
3. Audit Coordination:
- Plan and facilitate internal audits across all departments.
- Coordinate third-party certification audits and surveillance audits.
- Prepare audit schedules, ensure audit preparedness, and follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions.
4. Training & Awareness:
- Conduct ISO awareness and internal auditor training sessions for employees.
- Ensure that staff are informed and trained on quality, safety, and environmental requirements related to their roles.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Promote continual improvement initiatives in line with ISO requirements.
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
- Monitor regulatory and customer compliance related to ISO standards.
- Ensure risk assessments and opportunity identification processes are documented and reviewed regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience: 2–4 years in ISO coordination or quality system implementation in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
- Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and QMS principles
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, ISO software/tools, and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
