Job Description:

We are seeking Compliance Officers to join our team in Tampa, FL for a 4-month contract assignment. The role involves reviewing and analyzing complaints, interpreting Florida statutes, and providing guidance and communication to the public.

Responsibilities:

• Contact constituents/complainants to gather details of filed complaints.
• Review state statutes and compare with complaint details.
• Provide guidance to the public and close cases as appropriate.
• Draft written correspondence for supervisor approval.
• Enter case details and documentation into internal systems.
• Ensure accurate tracking and coding of case activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret Florida state statutes.
• 3+ years’ experience working with the public in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Experience with Versa or OnBase systems (preferred).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $38.14 per hour
