Compliance Officer

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while reviewing performance and enhancing the quality of services provided.

Requirements

1. Target Review:

• Analyze and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare periodic reports on goal progress and discuss findings with senior management.

2. Quality Management:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality management strategies.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with established standards across all departments.
• Provide reports on audit outcomes and recommendations for improvement.

3. CCTV Management:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of surveillance camera systems.
• Analyze visual data to identify any violations or deviations from established standards.
• Coordinate with security teams to ensure safety and security at the site.

4. Training and Awareness:

• Organize regular workshops to educate employees on the importance of compliance and policies.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding compliance and quality management issues.
