About Nova Benefits

Nova Benefits is on a mission to redefine employee health and wellness in India. We envision a future where every employee has access to high-quality healthcare through their workplace. As a tech-first company, we are using technology, automation, and service excellence to create a 10x better experience—fixing broken processes for employees, HR teams, insurers, and healthcare providers. In just five years, we’ve built an outstanding team, achieved strong product-market fit, and became the first Insurtech company in India to secure an IRDAI Insurance Broking license.

At Nova, we don’t just sell insurance — we improve employee happiness. Think of us more as an HR Tech company driving employee wellness, benefits, and risk management. Nova is led by CEO Saransh Garg (IIT Bombay, BCG, Accel, Y-Combinator) and backed by top global and regional investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG, Better Capital, Titan Capital, and Multiply Ventures.
