Compliance Officer

Staffing Requirement: A specialist in regulatory affairs, non-profit law, and ethical healthcare standards.

• Education: Degree in Law (LLB), Audit, or an MBA in Finance/Compliance.
• Experience: 5+ years in a regulatory, audit, or legal role within the healthcare or NGO sector.

Job Description:

• Ensure total adherence to the Punjab Charity Commission, FBR, and other governmental regulatory bodies.
• Act as the primary liaison with the Shariah Board to ensure Zakat funds are utilized according to religious and institutional guidelines.
• Conduct regular internal audits to protect the hospital’s transparency score and institutional integrity.
• Review legal contracts with international donors and corporate CSR partners.
