Compliance Officer Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Compliance Officer Team Lead to oversee compliance activities related to visa processing, client documentation, and operational procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, maintain process accuracy, and support a culture of compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor compliance activities within visa processing and client service operations.
  • Review applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain well-organized records and ensure proper documentation management.
  • Track application status and coordinate updates with clients and internal teams.
  • Liaise with consultants, government authorities, embassies, and other stakeholders when required.
  • Identify compliance risks, process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support internal audits, reporting, and policy implementation.
  • Ensure all client and company information is handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Guide team members and promote adherence to company procedures and service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in compliance, immigration services, visa processing, or a similar operational role.
  • Knowledge of visa regulations and documentation procedures is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital case management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems effectively, and lead a team environment.
