Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer specialized in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). In this role, you will be the guardian of our contractual obligations, ensuring that all business agreements align with legal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. You will monitor performance milestones, mitigate risks of non-compliance, and act as the primary liaison between Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure every clause is honored and every risk is managed.
Key Responsibilities (ATS Keywords)
- Obligation Tracking: Monitor and audit all active contracts to ensure 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), payment terms, and delivery milestones.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct regular Contract Risk Assessments to identify potential legal or financial exposure and implement corrective action plans.
- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all agreements comply with local and international laws (e.g., GDPR, AML, SOX) and specific industry regulations.
- Audit & Reporting: Lead internal Contract Audits and prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Finance. A Master’s degree or Professional Certification (e.g., CCEP, IACCM/WorldCC) is highly preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Contract Compliance, Legal Auditing, or Procurement Risk Management.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CLM Software (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Ironclad) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data tracking.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex legal jargon and translate it into actionable operational requirements.
- Integrity: A high degree of ethical judgment and the "courage of conviction" to flag non-compliance at any level of the organization.
