Key Responsibilities:

Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Participate in the development and review of internal policies and procedures related to governance and risk management.

Prepare periodic compliance reports and provide recommendations to management.

Contribute to promoting a culture of compliance and governance across the organization.

Coordinate with regulatory authorities and provide required information in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, or Public Policy, or Risk Management, or Business Administration (minimum requirement).

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in compliance.

Professional certifications such as GRCP or equivalent are preferred.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications.

Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team.
