Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join OYAK Cement, supporting our Compliance Program, strengthening our ethical culture, ensuring legal compliance, and raising awareness across the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields,
• Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP-I) are a strong plus,
• 0–3 years of relevant experience,
• Advanced proficiency in English (required), full professional proficiency in Turkish, and French is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills,
• High ethical standards, detail-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development and implementation of OYAK Cement’s Compliance Program,
• Conduct sanctions screening and due diligence reviews of third parties,
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards,
• Assist with compliance training, communication plans, and awareness activities,
• Provide guidance to employees on compliance-related matters,
• Follow up on approval processes (gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest, donations, sponsorships),
• Support risk assessments under AML/CTF, Sanctions, and KYC policies,
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Global Compliance Program.
