to join our Corporate HR Compliance function in
Bangalore
. This role will support global employment compliance across APAC, Americas, EMEA, and India, with a focus on statutory requirements and governance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Policy Development, Governance, Audits & Rebadging

Review and update Working Time and Leave policies in line with country-specific statutory requirements.

Translate policy updates into system configuration changes and ensure seamless implementation.

Provide compliance and policy advisory support to HR and cross-functional teams.

Support internal/external employment compliance audits, including documentation, evidence management, and corrective actions.

Ensure policy frameworks and controls remain audit-ready across geographies.

Manage compliance workstreams for rebadging projects—policy harmonization, statutory due diligence, and transition governance.
Employment Law & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure adherence to labor laws related to working hours, leave, overtime, rest periods, and other statutory obligations.

Track regulatory changes and drive timely updates in policies, processes, and governance mechanisms.

Support global and regional compliance audits, reviews, and risk assessments.
Operations, Documentation & Systems

Address complex policy and compliance queries from HRBPs and employees.

Partner with system teams to improve working time and leave tools for compliance alignment.

Maintain country-specific compliance documentation, governance artifacts, and audit repositories.
Global Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with regional HR, Country HR SPOCs, Legal, and global compliance teams.

Support cross-geo compliance programs with an understanding of regulatory and cultural differences.

Drive consistent implementation of global policy governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience

Experience in HR policy design, drafting, costing, and implementation.

Deep understanding of labor laws ( leave and working time), statutory compliance, and HR governance.

Experience supporting compliance across Americas/APAC/EMEA/India preferred.

Ability to interpret statutory obligations and apply them to corporate policies and systems.
-
Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.
-
Experience working with global stakeholders across time zones.
Preferred Education Qualifications
Post-Graduate/MBA in HR
