Compounder - Laboratory Staff

We are seeking Compounder - Laboratory Staff to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Lab Department.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Accurately weigh formulas from perfumers and alert them to any observations or difficulties.

Ensure timely delivery of oils to perfumers, evaluators, and application labs.

Monitor raw material stock and freshness, preparing dilutions as necessary.

Receive shipments of raw materials, checking olfactory and visual quality.

Provide technical and administrative support to the team.

Assist perfumers in olfactive trainings for clients.

Maintain a clean and organized working area and ensure laboratory supplies are available.

Collaborate with various departments including production, QC, and external partners.
