- Hardware Repair & Upgrades: Diagnose and repair issues with desktops and laptops, and peripherals.
- System Builds & Upgrades: Build custom desktop systems, upgrade components (e.g., CPU, RAM, GPU), and ensure compatibility for high-performance setups.
- Networking & Connectivity Issues: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, routers, etc.) and assist with local area networks (LAN) setups.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers, explain repair processes, and offer solutions to common computer issues.
- Device Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures, perform system tests, and ensure all devices are functioning as expected.
- Operating System Repairs: Repair or reinstall operating systems, fix boot errors, and resolve system crashes or slow performance.
- Software Configuration: Configure new systems for customers, install necessary drivers, and set up devices to work with printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
