Computer Hardware Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Monitor hardware performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize system downtime.
• Diagnose hardware faults and replace or repair components as necessary.
• Maintain an updated inventory of all IT hardware and assets.
• Set up and support network devices including switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining servers and storage devices if applicable.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.
• Ensure proper documentation of repairs, upgrades, and changes to hardware.
• Provide on-site technical support to employees and ensure timely resolution of hardware-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
