Key Responsibilities:
System Operation & Data Management
Operate and maintain the IBM Maximo system for all O&M-related activities.
Create, update, and close work orders according to company procedures.
Ensure all asset, equipment, and maintenance data are correctly entered and regularly updated.
Work Order & Maintenance Scheduling
Generate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules based on system data and operational priorities.
Assign and track work orders for field technicians and engineers.
Monitor task progress, report delays, and escalate system or operation issues to the duty manager.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports extracted from Maximo.
Analyze maintenance trends and highlight recurring faults or system inefficiencies.
Support management in performance reviews and KPI analysis using Maximo data.
System Support & Optimization
Coordinate with IT and technical support teams for Maximo updates, troubleshooting, and user access control.
Participate in workflow optimization, data cleansing, and process improvement activities.
Train new staff on Maximo operation procedures and data entry standards when required.
