Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements and business workflows to develop functional specifications for physical security systems.
- Evaluate and enhance system integrations between platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and LDAP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment between technical implementation and business needs.
- Configure and maintain video surveillance (VMS) and access control systems (CCURE 9000, Milestone).
- Create and maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and workflows using SQL and reporting tools.
- Identify and resolve application-level and integration issues to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Develop training materials, support product rollouts, and lead enhancement projects.
- Provide advanced support for security systems including access control, visitor management, and incident tracking.
- Participate in cross-functional project planning and provide analytical insights to improve security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT, physical security teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with relational databases and writing complex SQL queries.
- Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Java, C#, HTML).
- Experience analyzing, integrating, and supporting enterprise applications and systems.
- Solid understanding of security systems architecture: access control, CCTV, sensors, and system hardware.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and process orientation.
- Experience creating and managing technical documentation, business process maps, and user guides.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CCURE 9000, Milestone VMS, and other enterprise security systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or equivalent for interpreting floor plans and schematics.
- Security or IT-related certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CISSP, PMP).
- Background in project management or systems implementation.
- Ability to travel occasionally; must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in systems analysis, IT security, or integrated systems support roles.
