Computer Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform regular maintenance to ensure system stability and security.
• Provide technical support to employees, either in person or remotely.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
• Document all repair and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Computer and Network Technician or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
• Hands-on experience with network cabling, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirementss.

• Comfortable working in various environments, including server rooms and under desks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
