Laptop Technician

We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician with hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, MacBooks, Ipads etc. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of the computer industry, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver quality service to customers.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (laptop/computer repair & servicing)

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair laptops, MacBooks, desktops, and related computer hardware.

Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD, battery, etc.) and software installation (OS, drivers, antivirus, etc.).

Troubleshoot issues related to motherboards, screens, keyboards, and charging ports.

Provide technical support to customers in person, via phone, or online.

Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and customer service history.

Ensure timely completion of repair jobs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Assist in testing refurbished laptops and MacBooks before sales.

Stay updated with the latest technology, tools, and repair techniques in the laptop industry.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Computer Technician.

Knowledge of laptop and MacBook hardware/software troubleshooting.

Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Familiarity with tools and equipment used in laptop repairs.

Basic understanding of networking and system configuration.

Good communication skills (Hindi & English).

Strong problem-solving ability and customer service mindset.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in repairing refurbished/pre-owned laptops.

Knowledge of BIOS updates, data recovery, and virus removal.

Certification in computer hardware/IT support (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED8,500.00 per month
