Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Executive with CCNA certification to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance, support network infrastructure, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. This role demands solid knowledge of networking concepts, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users (hardware, software, and network issues).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance and perform routine network maintenance.
  • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT assets (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of servers, backup systems, and security protocols.
  • Support video conferencing tools, email configurations, and cloud services.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and procurement.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
  • Ensure IT compliance with organizational policies and security standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • CCNA certificate (Required)
