Laptop Technician

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues (motherboard, keyboard, screen, battery, etc.)
• Familiarity with various laptop brands (e.g., HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Asus)
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Experience with data backup, data recovery, and system imaging
• Understanding of BIOS/UEFI settings and firmware updates
• Ability to perform software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience with virus removal and system optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Time management and ability to handle multiple repairs
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools (multimeter, POST testers, etc.)
• Proficient with hand tools (screwdrivers, spudgers, anti-static wristbands, etc.)
• Experience with reballing/reflowing (for advanced techs)
