BE or B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Identify potential delays and provide mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather necessary documentation.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Client Management – To ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction by receiving incoming calls and Outbound calls in a professional manner.
- Customer Relationship – To provide end-to-end support to customers (walk-ins and phone calls), ensure the availability of committed products, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Retention – Solve customers’ issues related to orders, pick-up, delivery, and quality
- Perform other duties as and when assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
