- Troubleshoot software problems using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy to document incidents and track resolution progress
- Configure and support network infrastructure such as LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures to safeguard data
- Assist with the setup, installation, and upgrades of operating systems and applications including Microsoft Office suite
- Maintain hardware inventory, perform repairs or replacements of faulty components, and ensure optimal system performance
- Support IT infrastructure projects by collaborating with teams on network configurations, security protocols, and system enhancements

- Strong technical support skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
- Proficiency in computer management tasks including operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and desktop support
