Concept Designer – Corporate Gifting & Manufacturing Job Summary

The Concept Designer will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts for corporate gifting products and translating them into production-ready artwork. This role works closely with the manufacturing unit, especially laser engraving and printing teams, to ensure designs are feasible, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop creative concepts and designs for customized corporate gifting products

· Prepare print- and laser-ready artwork using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator

· Create layouts for engraving, laser cutting, sublimation, and printing processes

· Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy

· Operate or assist in operating laser engraving machines for testing and sample development

· Convert client briefs, logos, and brand guidelines into production-ready files

· Ensure correct sizing, alignment, and material compatibility for laser and print jobs

· Review samples and make necessary design or technical corrections

· Maintain organized design files and job records

· Support new product development and prototyping initiatives

Required Qualifications

· Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related field

· 1–4 years of experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or manufacturing-based design

· Have a good knowledge in Raw materials: Gold or Silver mirror etching sheet, inks, films, acrylic sheets, laminates, powders, packaging, consumables.

· Hands-on experience with laser machines (engraving/cutting)

· Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator

· Understanding of manufacturing processes such as laser engraving, sublimation, UV printing, or heat press

· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

· Good coordination and communication skills

· Problem-solving mindset for design-to-production challenges
