Concierge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, residents, or clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and services.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Make reservations for dining, entertainment, travel, and special events.
  • Arrange services such as transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, or deliveries.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local businesses, events, and community resources.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, security, front desk) to ensure seamless service.
  • Keep accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and service requests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or customer service training preferred).
  • Proven experience in a hospitality, customer service, or front desk role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
  • Proficiency with computers and booking/reservation systems.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
