Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, residents, or clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and services.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, travel, and special events.
- Arrange services such as transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, or deliveries.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local businesses, events, and community resources.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, security, front desk) to ensure seamless service.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and service requests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or customer service training preferred).
- Proven experience in a hospitality, customer service, or front desk role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of the local area and its attractions.
- Proficiency with computers and booking/reservation systems.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
