Concierge Job Description – Hospitality Industry.

  • A well vibrant and dynamic hospitality company in Dubai looking to hire a well experience staff for the position of Concierge.
  • The concierge will serves as a key point of contact for guests, offering tailored assistance to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay. This role requires deep local knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and policies.
  • Local Expertise:
  • Offer recommendations for restaurants, attractions, shopping, and entertainment.
  • Arrange transportation, including taxis, shuttles, and car rentals.
  • Book reservations for dining, tours, spa treatments, and events.
  • Coordination & Logistics:
  • Handle special requests such as floral arrangements, gift deliveries, or surprise setups.
  • Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, front desk, security) to fulfill guest needs.
  • Maintain updated records of guest preferences and feedback.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Requirement
  • Candidate should be on independent or own visa in Dubai ONLY
  • Should be available for 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Candidate should have prior experince in the hospitality sector
  • Typically based in hotel lobbies or guest service desks..
  • Fast-paced, guest-facing role with high expectations for professionalism and discretion.
