Customer Service & Booking Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Follow-up - Follow up with clients after each service to ensure satisfaction. - Promote and explain weekly/monthly packages to convert one-time clients into regular clients. - Handle inquiries and respond promptly via phone and WhatsApp.
2. Client Database (CRM) - Record client data (name, area, type of service, last booking date). - Segment clients (New – Regular – Inactive) and plan follow-up accordingly. - Contact inactive clients with personalized offers to re-engage them.
3. Campaigns & Offers - Prepare and execute monthly offers and loyalty programs (discounts, free hours after certain visits). - Manage referral program (“Bring a Friend”). - Post simple marketing content (social media stories, WhatsApp messages).
4. Coordination & Reporting - Coordinate with the operations team to ensure cleaners attend on time. -

Weekly report including Number of new clients Number of new regular clients Customer satisfaction level Repeated client feedback - Monthly comprehensive report with improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (preferably in services/cleaning industry). - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to use booking software/Excel/WhatsApp Business efficiently. - Organized, polite, and able to work under pressure.
