Concierge Core Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests, clients, or residents with service requests
  • Coordinate reservations for restaurants, events, and transportation
  • Offer recommendations on dining, shopping, and entertainment options
  • Handle special requests, including urgent or sensitive accommodations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, venues, and vendors
  • Liaise with external service providers and manage vendor relationships
  • Log requests and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Support front desk or administrative staff during peak hours
  • Manage complaints or difficult situations diplomatically and efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications Hard skills

  • Familiarity with booking software or POS tools
  • Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and itineraries
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Multilingual ability is a plus, particularly in hospitality-heavy regions
